Hi BLX Guru,
that is one of the scenarios that the Rewards4U APP is designed for.

With most Businesses and their current way of operating they do not have the ability to send all of their past customers a special offer, that is very limited due to the perishable items, hence you have to write off a lot of stock which costs you money and your customers what could have been a great deal for them, both parties lose and miss out on an opportunity.

The Rewards4U™ strategy assists Business owners to be able to get your customers to join the rewards system for free, they will then also invite their friends to join, then because they are your customers you can send them a Special Offer for a limited time only offering them your fantastic deal. Other people who are not your customers should be able to search the special offers and find your Business that way. The great part for you as the Business owner is that all this is free, and you only have to pay if those customers BUY and only if they BUY - you then simply need to replenish the points you gifted at the time of collecting the money from the free points we gave you to get going - both parties now WIN & WIN and get benefit from what was previously a lost opportunity for both parties. Sadly some of these features may not be available in the initial launch of the system, but as you can imagine we will have some amazing features in the future.

I hope that answers the question

Opinion #64: An opinion has been issued in Automatic Claim Number - cla1559126213.

It was decided to release 3% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 3% of the bounty and a median of 3% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - Agree with claim. It makes it seem as currently active not testing "
  • Opinion #2 - IDK what to say, this is really not a white paper. It's just a marketing catalog. So it should not be in testing but active. But it becomes clear at later on in the white paper.
  • Opinion #3 - Whitepapers can be made by companies which are either running or not running yet. So I kind of agree with the flag, plus the company stated where they are which is not operational.

Claim: This is a bit misleading because the website doesn't show that these features are currently active. There is no indication in the wp that these are plans.

@Rewards4U thanks does answer my question. Sure you thought of this but smart contracts could allow businesses to program points for special offers and redemption conditions, but that probably goes against the whole point of the product not sure.

Claim: The inclusion of the Oracle logo on page 8 implies an alliance with Oracle. While it is explained that the relationship is that of a Rewards 4U's parent company, the large logo seems to have a mildly deceptive intent.

Quote - Compare that to Rewards4U...Traditional rewards point are controlled by a business. Therefore, they can be devalued or lost completely in the event of the business’s insolvency.Rwds™ Points however, are revolutionary! They cannot be lostif the business that gifted them becomes insolvent or goes out of business.

Claim

The customer won't lose its points if the business he bought the service from goes out of business but would if Rewards4U does, so it's not revolutionary in that sense.
The risk is the same, if not even worst, given the ongoing changes in cryptocurrency regulations worldwide.

Flags:

Thanks Mathilde and I am not sure that is actually the case, although I can see your point and I agree sort of or up until a point. There is no business, company, person or entity behind BTC and it lives on regardless. If our Business Rewards4U™ was to stop trading it is possible the system could live on in the same manner as BTC, though I could not be sure. The point was that many businesses go insolvent and that have rewards points are then useless. With Rewards4U™ though if the business that rewarded you Rwds™ points becomes insolvent you could use them at another business or sell them on exchange, so the Rwds™ are revolutionary in that manner. Also as far as the cryptocurrency regulations are concerned, we are not a cryptocurrency like all others and have been very cautious to stay compliant with all regulations. You will notice there is no ICO, there is not mention of capital raising or speculation unless it is to discourage it as Rewards4U™ works without speculators. by Rewards4U on 2019-06-11 11:20:11

I don't see how the points are mined or if there is a cap on how many points will be created. So it is difficult to understand how the value will be stabilized and integrity maintained. Also not sure how the company will make money. Bitcoin for example is not a company, it just exists, but there is a cap on the number of coins that can exist.

@ETHup it's good that you participate, only so you can learn, but you might consider posting in a discussion first not in an accreditation. Their are many people, which may help you to understand more the blockchain industry. I also would recommend you to see prior posting, some basic videos about: eg. the differences between coins and token, as well as probably some videos how mining maintains the blockchain ledger.

This actions combined with sharing your knowledge of any industry you might work in may help you to probably gain later on some reputation points . .. This said the accreditation seems like a serious issue, where professionals and people at least with some good understanding of the blockchain industry comment in.

Seems clear to me @pacman and a whitepaper is defined as "a government or other authoritative report giving information or proposals on an issue" This document is clear and fits the definition perfectly.

Quote - This is Not a Typical Whitepaper Because Rwds TM are Not Typical Rewards Points

Claim

There is a general question to address here: Is this really a whitepaper? This has nothing to do with whether or not the product is good or if the document is truthful. The question is, can this become a certified whitepaper if it is actually mostly a product explanation or sales brochure? fd249c521a3b7381ee81b3d12083302d

The BLX Guru already answered this previously when they stated - "Seems clear to me @pacman and a whitepaper is defined as "a government or other authoritative report giving information or proposals on an issue" This document is clear and fits the definition perfectly."

We have also suggested that most previous whitepaper's are in fact capital raising documents in our opinion, and that would seem the reason why the SEC has outlawed them and called them securities and does not allow them in the USA, we may be wrong though, but there is some reason?

We are not raising capital, we are not doing an ICO - which in most cases has been an illegal IPO in a party frock in our humble opinion - and as such we are different to all other Crypto Currencies and we intend to stay very different and be able to be used internationally for what we designed this. Which is a NO SALE -NO FEE success fee only Marketing & Advertising System that utilises the benefits of the Reward or Loyalty Point with Crypto as well as 21st Century technology.

Perhaps rather than looking at whether this is a WhitePaper or not you might want to look at whether our system is actually usable by every customer in the world and by almost every Business in the world (Some medial businesses cannot offer rewards points in Australia as an example) and then you might understand the potential of what we have. But in our view the Rwds™ should become the Reward point which every customer wants, and that means every business should also want them. Think of how many Businesses only want to pay for marketing after they have made a sale, rather than paying per click or for advertising and then hoping for a sale to take place - that is what we have.
Thanks

Opinion #70: An opinion has been issued in Automatic Claim Number - cla1559151418.

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - It is illegal for some businesses from countries such as the USA to do business with some countries such as North Korea or Iran. It is not illegal for all countries however, we cannot therefore make such a blanket statement and is really just being pedantic taking things to the ridiculous rather than what is common acceptance.
  • Opinion #2 - I agree with the flag on not including North Korea as an included country because it's a known fact that they're excluded from the whole "worldwide" statement. Still, as this claims shows, it is not a known fact to all. Rewards4U could change the wording on it just to be completely clear
  • Opinion #3 - I agree with the flag, it is known that some countries are excluded automatically when saying "worldwide"

Claim: It won't be worldwide. In some countries, like North Korea, for example, it is not legal to conduct international business. There should be a disclaimer, just an asterisk or something, that says 'where permitted by law' or something like that.

Highlight: A worldwide rewards system for small, medium and large enterprises and their customers

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - We will be using third party checking to establish through National Business Numbers, one as an example we will be using will be RapidID. Not sure of the point of this as any customer can also use the system and there are countries which still do not have Business Numbers. This would seem a little Pedantic given the nature of what the world is and the way it works.
  • Opinion #2 - Rewards4U stated in response to this claim that they would be doing their diligence in who they would work with. Still, the claim is bringing up a point which is true which is that Rewards4U will not wholly know which businesses are legitimate or not. Rewards4U said in their statement that businesses in some countries don't have "business numbers" so they will have to check different ways. If the bounty hunter would have put in more work into this claim, he could have gained some bounty.
  • Opinion #3 - i agree with the flag - We will be using third party checking to establish through National Business Numbers, one as an example we will be using will be RapidID. Not sure of the point of this as any customer can also use the system and there are countries which still do not have Business Numbers. This would seem a little Pedantic given the nature of what the world is and the way it works.

Claim: There is no explanation as to who they know if a business is legitimate or not.

Highlight: Rewards4U TM works with legitimate businesses in any sector, in any country.

Opinion #72: An opinion has been issued in Automatic Claim Number - cla1559151828.

It was decided to release 3% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 14% of the bounty and a median of 3% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - Each country has different laws and regulations, to suggest Businesses and/or exchanges will not have to abide by those laws would seem to be a moot point. Abiding by local laws is an accepted business practice and does not need to be explained. Neither can it be stated as each country has different laws.
  • Opinion #2 - If these points are to be used everywhere and anywhere, there needs to be more explanation in the whitepaper about rules and regulations. Not list all the regulations for every place but more information. Some bounty is awarded.
  • Opinion #3 - Yes " Abiding by local laws is an accepted business practice " so is doing research before writing a business plan

Claim: They also say Points can be traded or sold at any participating business or exchange. Nothing in the white paper addresses anti money laundering regulations. Not addressing this issue at all could be a problem. Even if those regulations would probably be enforced by they exchanges they use, they do not indicate which exchange(s) they will use. So either: 1) It's future vision -- so it should be described as a legal issue that has to be addressed later.. ..or.. 2) The exchange(s) that will enforce these regulations should be named.

Highlight: Points can be gifted to friends, family, staff or donated to a worthy cause anywhere in the world.

It was decided to release 4% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 4% of the bounty and a median of 5% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - We are in discussion with a number of exchanges and once we are ready to launch the APP and the points on to those exchanges it is premature to announce it.
  • Opinion #2 - it is a concern that no plan has been put into the white paper to address cashing out.
  • Opinion #3 - according to Rewards4U's statement, they do not have a done deal yet so the bounty hunter claim is correct. this could have been remedied if the whitepaper would have stated that they would be able to exchange for cash or that a deal was in the works

Claim: No exchange is listed in the white paper, hence no explanation of where and how the points can be exchanged for cash

Highlight: Easily traded for cash for small or large redemptions

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 2% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - I agree with the flag but I think that there should be mention of following each countries laws. It would take a sentence to do so.
  • Opinion #2 - I don't think the flag addresses the claim. The bounty hunter was referring to Rewards4U not being able to see customer spending habit data in some countries and the flag was referring to businesses in other countries following the laws of their governing state. A percentage of the bounty should be awarded
  • Opinion #3 - i agree with the flag - Each country has different Privacy Laws, KYC - Know your client laws - AML Anti money Laundering Laws. It is an accepted business practice that all businesses will have to abide by those laws and does not need to be pointed out.

Claim: This is tied to world-wide usage, and does not address privacy laws related to consumer info disclosure that are really strict in places like Germany for example.

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - Rewards4U is banking on competitors being fine with customer being able to use points in each others locations. They will have to deal with that idea working or not soon. Bounty hunter raises an issue but it is not strong enough to challenge the whitepaper for bounty. No bounty should be awarded
  • Opinion #2 - The flag is just the business supporting their idea, it doesn't appease or solve the bounty hunters claim. Still the claim was not strong enough, thus no bounty should be given
  • Opinion #3 - this is a differentiator for the business, whether it works or not is to be determined. as an example, dominos pizza launched an app recently giving consumers rewards for *any pizza* they eat even at competitors

Claim: Most loyalty programs exist to make customers return and bind them to a business. Why would McDonald's want their reward points to be spent at Burger King? Thus the business logic is wrong

Highlight: Can use at issuing business’s competitors

It was decided to release 53% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 53% of the bounty and a median of 60% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - In the whitepaper, they say that they have a patent. The bounty hunters claim shows that they do not and the flag by the whitepaper owner only affirms this. The bounty hunter claims is correct
  • Opinion #2 - The patent is not provided to the community for review and it is not held by the entity. They stated they have a patent in the whitepaper but it is not registered in the company's name.
  • Opinion #3 - i agree with the flag - ChainBLX received a copy of an official ' patent certification of grant ' issued by the Australian Government to one of the founders. We have been asked to keep the content confidential. ChainBLX has no authority to speak about the scope of any patent, as such matter can only be determined by a court of law. If called upon Chainblx could testify that the patent based upon the patent title would apply to their methodology.

We thank our community for the diligence and ask to understand that companies need to hold some information confidential for obvious reasons

Claim: I did not find any patent issued under the company's name. It is important that patents are registered under the company's name in order to secure investments in the company. Otherwise, the owner of the patent could simply shut down the company using the patent. Further it may be the case that the patent is not granted, and this would be very bad because the wp leads us to believe that the patent is already granted.

Highlight: The Rewards4U™ Loyalty program is a unique, patented system which enables participating businesses to gift Rwds™ Points to reward and retain customers who purchase from their businesses

  • Opinion #3 - i agree with the flag - Security is paramount with something of value and the Crypto world has experienced theft and we are doing our utmost to ensure that our customers privacy and tokens are secure.

Claim: This somehow makes one think if these reward points can be stolen as they don't require any high security measures to be kept safe? Why mention security here at all? What has this to do with the app or being in a smartphone?

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:Opinion #1 - This is a valid argument for a document that seems to toot its own virtues without any grasp or evidence of its claimed successes.Opinion #2 - Although the definition of a whitepaper varies heavily from industry to industry, it is still is a persuasive, authoritative, in-depth report on a specific topic that presents a problem and provides a solution in the context of the business environment. From this perspective, the above document cannot be categorized as a whitepaper since it is more of a sales pitch than a report. For example, the title of page 10 is "Now your marketing dollar can really work for you." This indicates that this document's target reader is the client instead of the general public wishing to understand the business (problems and solutions). Another example is the list of benefits on page 3-4. The claims are overly stretched and many points overlap without solid ground. This is a typical sales document of "expanding" the content. Opinion #3 - Here is a quote from Wikipedia about whitepapers as used in marketing: "In business-to-business marketing
Since the early 1990s, the term "white paper", or "whitepaper", has been applied to documents used as marketing or sales tools in business. These white papers are long-form content designed to promote the products or services from a specific company. As a marketing tool, these papers use selected facts and logical arguments to build a case favorable to the company sponsoring the document. B2B (business-to-business) white papers are often used to generate sales leads, establish thought leadership, make a business case, or inform and persuade prospective customers, channel partners, journalists, analysts, or investors."
So in my opinion the use of the term "whitepaper" by Rewards4U is entirely appropriate.Claim: There is a general question to address here: Is this really a whitepaper? This has nothing to do with whether or not the product is good or if the document is truthful. The question is, can this become a certified whitepaper if it is actually mostly a product explanation or sales brochure? Highlight: This is Not a Typical Whitepaper Because Rwds

Quote: "As a result, most people who fly a lot have multiple memberships and just use the cheapest airline and collect points regardless"

Claim: This statement seems merely a subjective/personal opinion and this conclusion needs to be evidence-based. It seems to be written from the point of view of someone who is frequent-flyer and someone who "games" the loyalty program and credit card rewards.

Quote: "They will purchase Rwds™ at market rate as needed or in larger amounts to cover a month, six months or even a whole year"

Claim: In terms of token economics, is there any underlying incentive for business to buy Rwds™ in bulk every year? Is there any discount? What are the consequences (especially in the early stages) if a particular business is buying a significant portion of the total supply of Rwds™ and holding it, then distributing only a small percentage of the Rwds™ that they hold. Is there any mechanism to ensure that the businesses are not holding a significant proportion which could have subsequent effects on the supply in the market? (Free market not actually in play as it is being implicitly advocated or is it?) More importantly, how do you prevent the business that buy the Rwds™ tokens in bulk then hold from being mere speculators!?

Opinion #98: An opinion has been issued in Automatic Claim Number - cla1559291554.

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - You must have an old version of the white paper as this has been superseded as we only give $100.00 to businesses as a way of getting interest. Larger Businesses are invited to talk to us. The big difference as per other Tokens and this is that no ICO has taken place therefore there are no token holders that are speculators, only users of the system which are businesses and their customers. The customers are all accumulators and not speculators like all other tokens which is a huge difference.
    thanks
  • Opinion #2 - I agree with the flag, Rewards4U mentions in page 8 how every business will be able to test Rewards4U for free then are able to select how many points they want to purchase. Claim was not substantial to receive payment
  • Opinion #3 - i agree with the flag - You must have an old version of the white paper as this has been superseded as we only give $100.00 to businesses as a way of getting interest. Larger Businesses are invited to talk to us. The big difference as per other Tokens and this is that no ICO has taken place therefore there are no token holders that are speculators, only users of the system which are businesses and their customers. The customers are all accumulators and not speculators like all other tokens which is a huge difference.
    thanks

Claim: No information provided regarding the economics of the system, the single most important contributing factor to the success of the Program. For example, after the initial 4 week period does a business buy new tokens from Rewards4U, are these newly created tokens, if so have they taken into account the inflationary forces this will have?

Claim: The paper does not include the economics of the system. The single biggest contributing factor to the success of the platform. Opinion #100: An opinion has been issued in Automatic Claim Number - cla1559291923.

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - Thanks for the comment, however we suggest Tokenomics is basically irrelevant to what we are doing as we are not doing an ICO or trying to attract speculators. We suggest that most tokens have failed because the customers and businesses for what they were intended will never use them because of three main issues, complexity, cost and risk due to volatility. Hence none of them have actually got their tokenomics worked out as people do not use them for their intended purpose, hence why most are heading the way of the Tulip Bulb.
This is a Rewards point and not really a true Crypto Currency as such it is a very different ecosystem, I hope that explains it.
    Thanks
  • Opinion #2 - The claim and the flag from Rewards4U really miss the point. The bounty hunter does not make a substantial claim but does bring up a good point. Rewards4U says tokenomics do not apply yet they have locked up the founders points which satisfies Token allocation, a component of Tokenomics. No bounty awarded, a better made claim would have resulted in bounty.
  • Opinion #3 - Rewards4U does not give more information on the founders putting their points in escrow. More information is needed

Claim: No mention of the tokenomics and what this share is. This goes against industry standards

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - The claim is unclear in what it is actually trying to focus on. Is it the Alpha testing part or the exchange trading commences part. I also agree with the flag, so no bounty awarded
  • Opinion #2 - i agree with the flag - It does say in or AFTER but thanks anyway.
  • Opinion #3 - This claim is correct and speaks to the quality of the wp.

Claim: The WP was Uploaded Jun 1 2019. It's obvious that the time line needs to be adjusted.... the word "in" is key.

Highlight: APP and computer program in Alpha testing as of May 2019. •Exchange trading commences in or after Q2/2019 •Full public launch in or after May 2019

Opinion #102: An opinion has been issued in Automatic Claim Number - cla1560240771.

It was decided to release 0% of the funds. The jury voted in their opinion to release an average of 0% of the bounty and a median of 0% of the bounty.

Please see below for the opinion of the jury:
  • Opinion #1 - "The customer won't lose its points if the business he bought the service from goes out of business" > They will be lost/useless, no ability to redeem. "but would if Rewards4U does, so it's not revolutionary in that sense" > Yes, if Rewards4U was to go insolvent/ be shut for reg reasons there would be no way to claim. Individual businesses may be kind and still honour, but unlikely. Yes, in no way is this revolutionary. It's a third party offer, much the same as Airmiles. "The risk is the same, if not even worst, given the ongoing changes in cryptocurrency regulations worldwide." > Yes the risk is the same as any third party supplier/worse as the claim states - However, the claim is wrong with respect to individual business loyalty programs where the risk would, in fact, be higher. The initial part of the claim is based on an individual business loyalty program, the second is only true if they were talking about a third party program.
  • Opinion #2 - The bounty hunter brings up an interesting point but I don't think it's enough for it to stand as a claim against the whitepaper. No bounty
  • Opinion #3 - I agree with the flag but disagree with the Bitcoin comparison. Bitcoin is one of a kind and no one could possibly have a situation like that.

Claim: The customer won't lose its points if the business he bought the service from goes out of business but would if Rewards4U does, so it's not revolutionary in that sense. The risk is the same, if not even worst, given the ongoing changes in cryptocurrency regulations worldwide.

Highlight: Compare that to Rewards4U...Traditional rewards point are controlled by a business. Therefore, they can be devalued or lost completely in the event of the business’s insolvency.Rwds™ Points however, are revolutionary! They cannot be lostif the business that gifted them becomes insolvent or goes out of business.

  • Opinion #1 - The benefits for customers on Page 5 do include "Easily tradable with cryptocurrency", among a number of other advantages. Given that the paper does mention this as a benefit, I do not see why further explanations should be needed. None of the other benefits are explained on this page, either. It is true that some of the advantages to the customer are repeated again on Page 18 without repeating the possibility to trade with cryptocurrency, but Page 18 is highlighting the main advantages without claiming to make a comprehensive list.
  • Opinion #2 - I think this claim would serve better if posted as a comment in the page and not as a claim. It could have opened up the discussion further. No bounty should be given
