that is one of the scenarios that the Rewards4U APP is designed for.

  • Opinion #2 - IDK what to say, this is really not a white paper. It's just a marketing catalog. So it should not be in testing but active. But it becomes clear at later on in the white paper.
  • Opinion #3 - Whitepapers can be made by companies which are either running or not running yet. So I kind of agree with the flag, plus the company stated where they are which is not operational.

Claim: This is a bit misleading because the website doesn't show that these features are currently active. There is no indication in the wp that these are plans.

@Rewards4U thanks does answer my question. Sure you thought of this but smart contracts could allow businesses to program points for special offers and redemption conditions, but that probably goes against the whole point of the product not sure.

Claim

The customer won't lose its points if the business he bought the service from goes out of business but would if Rewards4U does, so it's not revolutionary in that sense.
The risk is the same, if not even worst, given the ongoing changes in cryptocurrency regulations worldwide.

Flags:

Thanks Mathilde and I am not sure that is actually the case, although I can see your point and I agree sort of or up until a point. There is no business, company, person or entity behind BTC and it lives on regardless. If our Business Rewards4U™ was to stop trading it is possible the system could live on in the same manner as BTC, though I could not be sure. The point was that many businesses go insolvent and that have rewards points are then useless. With Rewards4U™ though if the business that rewarded you Rwds™ points becomes insolvent you could use them at another business or sell them on exchange, so the Rwds™ are revolutionary in that manner. Also as far as the cryptocurrency regulations are concerned, we are not a cryptocurrency like all others and have been very cautious to stay compliant with all regulations. I don't see how the points are mined or if there is a cap on how many points will be created. So it is difficult to understand how the value will be stabilized and integrity maintained. Also not sure how the company will make money. Bitcoin for example is not a company, it just exists, but there is a cap on the number of coins that can exist.

@ETHup it's good that you participate, only so you can learn, but you might consider posting in a discussion first not in an accreditation. Their are many people, which may help you to understand more the blockchain industry. I also would recommend you to see prior posting, some basic videos about: eg. the differences between coins and token, as well as probably some videos how mining maintains the blockchain ledger.

This actions combined with sharing your knowledge of any industry you might work in may help you to probably gain later on some reputation points . .. This said the accreditation seems like a serious issue, where professionals and people at least with some good understanding of the blockchain industry comment in.

We have also suggested that most previous whitepaper's are in fact capital raising documents in our opinion, and that would seem the reason why the SEC has outlawed them and called them securities and does not allow them in the USA, we may be wrong though, but there is some reason?

We are not raising capital, we are not doing an ICO - which in most cases has been an illegal IPO in a party frock in our humble opinion - and as such we are different to all other Crypto Currencies and we intend to stay very different and be able to be used internationally for what we designed this. Which is a NO SALE -NO FEE success fee only Marketing & Advertising System that utilises the benefits of the Reward or Loyalty Point with Crypto as well as 21st Century technology.

Perhaps rather than looking at whether this is a WhitePaper or not you might want to look at whether our system is actually usable by every customer in the world and by almost every Business in the world (Some medial businesses cannot offer rewards points in Australia as an example) and then you might understand the potential of what we have. But in our view the Rwds™ should become the Reward point which every customer wants, and that means every business should also want them. Think of how many Businesses only want to pay for marketing after they have made a sale, rather than paying per click or for advertising and then hoping for a sale to take place - that is what we have.

  • Opinion #2 - Rewards4U stated in response to this claim that they would be doing their diligence in who they would work with. Still, the claim is bringing up a point which is true which is that Rewards4U will not wholly know which businesses are legitimate or not. If the bounty hunter would have put in more work into this claim, he could have gained some bounty.

  • Opinion #1 - i agree with the flag - Each country has different laws and regulations, to suggest Businesses and/or exchanges will not have to abide by those laws would seem to be a moot point. Abiding by local laws is an accepted business practice and does not need to be explained. Neither can it be stated as each country has different laws.
  • Opinion #2 - If these points are to be used everywhere and anywhere, there needs to be more explanation in the whitepaper about rules and regulations. Not list all the regulations for every place but more information. Some bounty is awarded.
  • Opinion #3 - Yes " Abiding by local laws is an accepted business practice " so is doing research before writing a business plan

Claim: They also say Points can be traded or sold at any participating business or exchange. Nothing in the white paper addresses anti money laundering regulations. Not addressing this issue at all could be a problem. Even if those regulations would probably be enforced by they exchanges they use, they do not indicate which exchange(s) they will use. So either: 1) It's future vision -- so it should be described as a legal issue that has to be addressed later.. ..or.. 2) The exchange(s) that will enforce these regulations should be named.

A percentage of the bounty should be awarded

Claim: I did not find any patent issued under the company's name. It is important that patents are registered under the company's name in order to secure investments in the company. Otherwise, the owner of the patent could simply shut down the company using the patent.
