The SEC updated what users/investors should look at when considering an ICO. All of their points, which you can see for yourself here https://www.sec.gov/ICO , lead to what I think is true. Accreditation is needed!
A lot of the points they write are what has been said before and a bit of common sense. Do your diligence on a company, etc. However, as an investor, you can only do so much yourself. And to many, it is not worth the time. So, currently both investors and companies are at a disadvantage. Companies are not fully getting the people they want and people are not investing.
In my opinion, ChainBLX would solve this problem and provide a service which will benefit both parties. It will be the medium that is so needed and really, overdue.
